The Viewmont Vikings have been around since 1964, with Viewmont lacrosse starting in the late 1990’s. It has grown to include kindergarten through 12th grade. We are located in Centerville, Utah; which is found just North of the state’s capital of Salt Lake City and along the majestic Wasatch Front mountain range. The name “Viewmont Vikings” is adopted from the local high school, Viewmont High School.
Like the brave and determined Vikings of Scandinavia we fight for victories. We hone our skills in practice and sail to the battlefield to prove the things we’ve learned. With the growing lacrosse community, we strive to put ourselves on the ‘map’. Forging friendships, learning to work as one unit, and gaining respect for others are just a few things we learn on the field and cultivate for the rest of our lives.
Carrying on the courage and hard work of the Vikings we wear our colors proudly:
“Ever brave ever bold, Hail Red and Gold” -Viewmont High School Fight Song
